not the usual look i go for when it comes to character design. this is an assignment where i had to reference my costume life drawings and make a character design from them. figured i might as well have fun, experiment and get out of my comfort zone. i have recently been inspired by the look of artists mike mignola and jose lopez, which encouraged me to try this edgy and some what structured style.
